An Interactive Book with different activities to complete. Not just for the “Common Illness” but for all of those who want to sustain, maintain and improve your mind. To find the strength to be the best you can be. To also keep your busy. 

Alittle backstory about creating this book. My Father passed away in 2018, prior to his passing he had an illness called “Dementia” which became apart of his life for 5 years. Dementia “is a general term for a decline in mental ability severe enough to interfere with daily life.” It affects your memory, it causes sleep deprivation which the term doctors will use is “Sundowners Syndrome” and it will also cause Agression & Anger/ Suspicion & Delusions/ Anxiety & Agitation. I’ve created this book as a way to train the brain to concentrate. You lose the ability to focus as distraction becomes a habit. Activities such as puzzles, coloring, daily reminders, appointments, etc. are featured in “Exercising The Brain Down Memory Lane: “A Guideline To Remember”.
